“Superior, customer friendly and professional service – We recieved a call to confirm our apointment and a call from the serviceman as he was arriving.  [We recieved] a follow-up call afterwards to see if we were satisfied and that all went well.

The serviceman did several things that were very beneficial: (1) he went over the area for cleeaning and fully explained his process and gave an estimate and price for  the work; (2) he demonstrated certain specifics he was doing while cleaning; (3) he was exceptionally professional – a breathe of fresh air to say the least.

A follow-up call was quite nice – I explained that a spot seemed to still be evident on the capet that must have seeped up after cleaning.  The representative, without hesitation, setup a subsequent appointment to clean it up!  The spot was cleaned up and why it returned fully explained!  Once again the serviceman was wonderful.Thanks very much for your uniquely professional service.”
