Luke Brigante

Luke Brigante is the Office Manager for Professional Restoration and Professional Carpet Systems, located in the Connecticut Valley in Derby. His career began with an emphasis on English, psychology, and sociology, as he has always loved working with people and learning what makes them happy. After working in the psychiatric field for several years, he changed his focus towards the environmental service industry, working for 15 years managing the office of a residential air and water quality contractor. During this time, he managed a team of over ten technicians and coordinated the logistics for the many moving parts of the company's service department.

He measures his success on meeting the needs of others and following every task to the fulfillment of our customers. His emphasis is on customer service, first and foremost. He believes that when the client is happy, everything else will fall into place.

He has lived in Fairfield County his entire life and spends his free time enjoying the outdoors with his family and their Goldendoodle, Isobel. His recreational time is spent soaking in the bucolic charms of New England, from our beaches along the coastline to the green hills of Northwestern CT. He particularly enjoys playing chess with his son and learning from him every day. His son is a tough opponent, and one day Luke may actually win.
